Easy DIY re-fab. summer fashion project: Customize a blouse or men-shirt.
1. Cropped blouse top.
Cut the bottom of the blouse. Leave at bottom a little extra to so you can fold and hem it.
2. Pimp, dye, print or decorate the top.
